About the Role

The Production Line Leader will directly supervise a team of assembly operators, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a productive and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of an assembly production line team.
• Ensure that production targets for quantity and quality are met consistently.
