Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline required.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain within CPG industry.
• ERP experience with SCM modules including SAP/APO.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short, medium and long‑term production plans.
• Coordinate inbound supply with import vendors and global teams.
• Analyze demand deviations with demand planning teams.
• Lead production capacity planning with internal and external partners.
• Manage repack and packaging changes with on‑time execution.
• Monitor inventory risks and optimize service levels and costs.
• Provide clear production reporting and timely product releases.
