Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Associate’s with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of Production Control, Planning, or Scheduling preferred.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to forecast material needs.
• Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Lean concepts such as Kanban and Heijunka are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and release job orders for production activities in Assembly, CNC, Anodizing, and Finishing.
• Review shortage reports to reprioritize daily schedules with managers.
• Coordinate with Order Entry to provide custom ship dates using BOMs and capacity.
• Support Supply Chain with material constraints and purchase orders.
• Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production Managers to expedite as needed.
• Conduct weekly Kanban audits and retrain staff on the Kanban process.
• Assist in determining reorder points, safety stock, and fulfillment quantities.
• Support Epicor Fulfillment and Material Flow implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
