Wearwell is seeking a Production Analyst to support manufacturing by ensuring ERP data accuracy and maintaining BOMs, routings, and process execution affecting production planning and inventory control. The role blends time on the office floor with production area in a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing operations, solid Excel skills, and experience with MES/ERP systems; strong data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in manufacturing operations or production planning.
• Experience analyzing production data and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with MES/ERP systems.
• Understanding of BOMs, routings, inventory management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations to support manufacturing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work order data to support production by analyzing demand forecast and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with schedulers, planners and production teams on schedule feasibility and adjustments.
• Generate daily/weekly production performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with leads to implement and maintain product structures and process flows.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies impacting production, inventory, or costing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization.
• Work cross-functionally with IT to ensure data alignment.
