Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to uphold Sony's consumer safety promise by evaluating product safety concerns and managing investigations. You will coordinate cross-functional projects and develop processes that strengthen safety and operational excellence.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with teams across Sony and ActionLink, support training resources, and ensure timely CRM updates while contributing to a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety alerts daily and act on necessary actions.
• Coordinate product safety investigations and record results in CRM.
• Prepare reliability reports and CRM updates for HQ Quality Center and Japan.
• Review calls to identify trends and escalate appropriately.
