Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a senior Product Owner to prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and deliver value for SafeTrace Tx, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager. The role is Hybrid at the Corporate HQ (125 Summer Street) and reports to the Software R&D team.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in product development or transfusion management, CSPO preferred, and a strong understanding of transfusion workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (higher-level degrees may substitute for years of experience)
• 6+ years of experience in product development, ownership, or transfusion management experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred)
• Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows
• Experience with BloodTrack software (as an end-user or support)
• Strongly Preferred Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Preferred Strong ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams
