Vanderlande is seeking a Product Owner for North America to lead the next-generation conveyor systems within our Technology organization. You will translate business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap while guiding cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable logistics automation solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, customers, and engineering to ensure priorities align with strategic objectives and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in technology/industrial automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Provide product direction and priorities to cross-functional Agile teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Incorporate customer feedback and monitor KPIs and timelines.
• Stay current on industry trends in logistics automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear delivery of requirements.
