Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Product Owner for Case & Tote in North America to lead next-generation conveyor system initiatives. You will translate customer needs into a clear product vision, maintain the roadmap, and drive cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable logistics automation solutions.

As a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and engineering, you will prioritize backlogs, incorporate feedback, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within technology, industrial automation, logistics automation, or a related technical environment.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Vanderlande’s strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, end users, and development teams.
• Translate business and customer requirements into actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear definitions of done.
• Provide product direction and priorities to cross-functional Agile development teams.
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing immediate business needs with long-term product strategy.
• Incorporate customer and end-user feedback into product decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
