Vanderlande Industries B.V. North America is seeking a Product Owner for Case & Tote systems to drive the next generation of conveyor and automation solutions.

You will translate business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap while guiding cross-functional Agile teams in delivering scalable logistics automation. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and engineering to ensure alignment with market opportunities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business Admin, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years as Product Owner/Manager in tech, industrial automation or related.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum product development.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, business and customer teams.
• Experience developing roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and DoD.
• Provide direction to cross-functional Agile teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality, scalability, and value.
• Stay current on industry trends in logistics and automation.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
