Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Newark, Delaware (Hybrid) is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to bridge IT and business, defining and delivering solutions that meet objectives across the full project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent four-year experience in a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a technical product owner or business analyst role within a project-based environment is required. Prior development experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies; experience with tools like Jira is preferable.
• Proficiency in project and software development methodologies and techniques.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting at different levels within the organization.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, and workshop skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements and business processes.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups to define solutions.
• Manage high-level solution design, test case design, and implementation planning and support.
• Combine business and technology skills with leadership, communication, negotiation, and facilitation.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
