Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical BA/PO to lead requirements and backlog refinement in Charlotte, NC. This role will work in a hybrid environment, managing user acceptance criteria across various enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of Agile experience, is proficient in creating workflow documentation, and can effectively communicate with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and Scrum certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency producing concise workflow and process documentation.
• Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a requirements backlog for multiple enterprise applications.
• Author clear user stories with acceptance criteria for needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate with stakeholders.
