Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience managing $10M+ public-sector modernization projects.
- Legacy application modernization and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder management, requirements gathering, user stories and backlog prioritization.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience overseeing and testing large-scale data conversions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
