• Translate requirements into actionable backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, designers, and vendors on tech approaches.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, dependencies, and objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain a transparent backlog.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Oversee testing and data conversion validation for large-scale migrations.
• Define success metrics and monitor delivery progress.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Ensure alignment with security, accessibility, privacy, and compliance.
