Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in healthcare product management with full lifecycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial health insurance products and market dynamics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute product strategy and roadmaps for assigned lines of business, aligned with portfolio‑level direction and contributing to long‑term product vision through execution learnings and market insights.
• Manage day‑to‑day product operations, including benefit design implementation, rate execution, and product configuration.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform portfolio strategy.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify emerging market needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior product leadership on strategic opportunities and threats.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, and compliance to execute product strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through product changes, implementations, and issue resolution, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders and escalating strategic issues and conflicts appropriately.
• Consult on vendor evaluations and solution assessments as needed.
• Serve as the product expert and primary point of contact for assigned lines of business, representing the product perspective in cross‑functional planning and decision‑making.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and clearly communicate product changes, requirements, timelines, performance reports, and recommendations across the organization and to leadership.
