Job summary

Naturipe Farms, LLC. in Salinas, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own daily execution and the 2–6 week operating plan for a key region and commodity lane. You will guide sales with accurate availability projections, coordinate with the supply chain, and lead claims resolution and import flow planning.

The role requires 3+ years in produce or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and travel availability. Hybrid in-office/remote work and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum; bachelor's in agriculture business, business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in produce, perishables, or supply chain execution; berry experience a plus.
• Intermediate+ Excel; SAP experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to travel ≥30 days per year and have a valid driver's license.
• On-call evenings and weekends; weekend rotation.
• Travel/availability to support upper management as schedules dictate.

Responsibilities

• Own daily short-term sales and operations planning for the assigned region.
• Own two-to-six-week transfer strategy and import flow planning for assigned lanes.
• Partner with Transportation to maximize freight value.
• Lead claims resolution and rotation discipline across inventories.
• Direct repack and regrade decisions for profitability.
• Communicate availability, inventory, and fulfillment changes to Product Management and Sales.
• Mentor Assistant Product Managers and guide their daily priorities.
• Participate in pre-season planning with partners, sales, and marketing.
