Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a product leader to define the product’s value proposition, articulate the vision, and align stakeholders across the organization. You will attend sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team, lead large cross-functional meetings, and conduct data discovery to identify valuable clinical data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of product experience and 3 years with the software lifecycle.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data and HIPAA/PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and participate in sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team.
• Own the product backlog and use input from internal and partner teams to refresh and re-prioritize the backlog.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve assets and create cross-product value.
• Drive accountability for the sets of products/tools within the designated portfolio.
