Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a strategic Product Leader to define the product’s value proposition, outline vision and execution plans, and align with key partners and stakeholders. This incumbent will attend sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team.

This role will have you leading and facilitating large cross-functional meetings, in addition to conducting data discovery to identify and prioritize the clinical data assets that deliver the greatest business value.

Qualifications

• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.
• Manage roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across audiences.
• Own the portfolio's product backlog and refresh priorities.
• Lead cross-functional governance meetings and stakeholder alignment.
