Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• Experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
• PM certificate strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Plan, coordinate, and report PM activities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assemble teams, assign responsibilities, and guide team members.
• Define and analyze metrics to keep projects on track and manage risks.
