Qualifications

• BS or MS in food science, food engineering or chemical engineering.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods and product development context.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute RDQ projects aligned with development, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials per GMP and HACCP.
• Write technical reports with analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
