Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a candidate to deliver RDQ activities for new product development, portfolio maintenance and productivity projects, with emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

Under guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects, plan pilot plant and factory trials, write technical reports, and maintain consumer-led specifications to drive quality and innovation. This hybrid role resides in East Hanover, NJ, with travel up to 30% in North America.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in food science, food engineering or chemical engineering.
• Experience in product development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials per GMP and HACCP.
• Write technical reports with analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
• Create and maintain consumer-led specifications.
