Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end development process for designated categories, from concept to production handoff. You will coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Sales, and suppliers, ensuring samples meet timelines and quality standards.

The role leads 1–2 Product Development professionals and requires collaboration with domestic and international manufacturing partners to deliver right-first-time products and samples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Development experience in apparel.
• Experience developing products for children's apparel, private label, or licensed brands.
• Experience working with domestic sample rooms and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing direct reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product lifecycle for assigned categories from fabric sourcing to final production handoff.
• Lead and support a team of 1–2 Product Development professionals with direction and coaching.
• Partner with Design to execute seasonal product objectives and ensure timely approvals.
• Oversee domestic and overseas sample development, coordinating materials, vendors, and factories for timelines and quality.
• Lead local sample development by sourcing fabrics and coordinating with printers, dye houses, and trims.
