Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Associate Manager in Hingham, MA to support the Manager through the Product Life Cycle from concept to delivery. You will help shape the sourcing strategy for product categories and liaise with cross-functional partners and agents to meet brand aesthetics, quality and margin goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in textile/apparel sourcing, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of textile/apparel product development and sourcing experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and build collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager and Sourcing team with cost, quality, compliance and relationships.
• Oversee data entry and purchase orders per calendar deadlines with accuracy.
• Create and manage department reporting, including WIP and time-action reports.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center and Allocation on quality issues.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings and communicate with agents.
