Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking an Associate Manager - Sourcing in New York to guide the transition from seasonal development to manufacturing in line with the sourcing strategy.

You will help set target costs, coordinate with overseas vendors, maintain the Zymmetry system, and manage sample tracking and bulk fabric commitments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model at Times Square, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of Production experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve seasonal IMU aligned to corporate objectives.
• Support negotiations with vendors and manage sample tracking.
• Maintain SAP purchase orders and keep style numbers.
• Prepare pre-classification and bulk fabric commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend weekly fit meetings.
