Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, merchandising or related field.
• 3+ years in design/product development/merchandising in retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish seasonal direction with Product Developer and VP of Product Development.
• Develop holistic category products seasonally with merchandising teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand assortment and sales penetration.
• Coordinate product distribution with Buying Department for stores.
• Collaborate with web team to ensure on-site product representation.
• Maintain vendor relationships to achieve goals.
• Specify packaging with Sourcing & QC teams and ensure compliance.
• Resolve quality concerns with Sourcing and QC on new/existing products.
• Input product information, PO data, and SKUs into the database.
• Create product specification sheets and information sheets.
• Manage assortment plan seasonally from start to finish.
