Job summary

RTX is seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Procurement team. This role focuses on sourcing and purchasing a wide range of materials and services, primarily for digital technologies, within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The position involves negotiating pricing and delivery terms, managing supplier performance, and building strong supplier relationships to deliver exceptional service to internal customers across programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field, and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Experience with purchase order management including documentation.
• Experience with the use of SAP procurement software, including Ariba, PRISM, and APEX.
• Experience with supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with analysis and problem solving, including identifying and escalating issues (how and when).
• Experience coordinating with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and bring issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review of SOWs (Statements of Work).
• Creating Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information Agreements.
• Obtaining proposal/quotation activities and performing best value analysis.
• Documentation write-up.
• Selecting qualified suppliers and perform due diligence.
• Negotiations including supplier negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions).
• Post-award management and delivery assurance.
• Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with business and programs.
• Managing supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones.
• Strategic planning while supporting daily tactical and detailed activities.
• May be required to participate in supplier development activity.
• Engage with Business EXIM, Legal, & Sr. Leaders.
