Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to manage vendor master data within the R2R team. You will onboard new vendors, validate information, and keep records compliant across ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with procurement and finance. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and full-time in-office for the first 6 months, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2+ years with SAP or equivalent ERP in a shared services environment.
• Familiarity with transactional process design and building products/construction industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and validation of vendor documentation and information.
• Create and maintain vendor master records in ERP systems (e.g., APEX).
• Perform due diligence and compliance checks; ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance; provide onboarding support to vendors.
• Support audits and maintain compliance logs.
