Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Buyer to support procurement for indirect materials, contracts, and catalog management in a hybrid role that may involve Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ. You will create purchase requisitions, process POs, and assist business owners with purchasing needs, leveraging Coupa and applying strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience in Indirect Materials Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
Experience with Coupa procurement platform.
Purchase Orders management and catalog coordination.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Create purchase requisitions and process purchase order (PO) changes for contracts and contract amendments.
Support software ordering activities.
Manage catalogs related activities and support end users for catalog ordering as needed
Monitor purchase requisitions and assignments in accordance with established desktop procedures.
Review and manage items in the pending procurement queue to ensure timely processing.
Provide backup support to team members as needed.
Assist business owners with purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, systems, and purchasing related needs.
