Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Process Technology Manager to oversee technical activities across multiple dosage forms with internal sites and CMOs. You will drive batch cycle time improvement, product transfers, cost savings initiatives and NPIs while partnering with QA, R&D and central Technical teams.

The role requires leadership in a matrix environment, site governance participation, and mentoring of technical talent across Haleon’s network. Hybrid work is offered across several locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing /Cosmetic/ Technical environment.
• Experience in internal sites and Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMOs).
• Experience in complex technical troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA effectiveness.
• Experience in scale-up, tech transfers and process validation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure fit-for-purpose technical processes support North America BCT, product transfer, NPI, registration and launch.
• Oversee product/Process assessments and continuous improvement at CMOs.
• Manage validation activities impacting Haleon products.
• Drive CAPA effectiveness and resolution of technical issues.
