Job summary
Haleon is seeking a Process Technology Manager to lead technical activities across multiple dosage forms with internal sites and CMOs. You will drive BCT improvements, product transfers, cost-saving initiatives, and NPIs while collaborating with QA, Commercial, R&D, and central Technical teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- 5 years experience in a Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing /Cosmetic/Technical environment.
- Experience in internal sites environment and CMO (Contract Manufacturing Operations).
- Experience in complex technical troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA effectiveness.
- Experience in scale-up, tech transfers, process validation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA for Haleon processes.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose technical processes for NA BCT program, transfers, NPIs, registrations and launches.
- Oversee Product/Process assessments and validation activities at CMOs.
- Coach and develop technical talent; participate in site leadership and SRT meetings.
