Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Process Technology Manager to lead technical activities across multiple dosage forms, coordinating with internal sites and CMOs to improve batch cycle time, support NPIs and transfers.

The role partners with QA, Commercial, R&D and central Technical teams to meet Haleon’s business needs, while driving validation projects and lifecycle management in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/food manufacturing or cosmetic environments.
• Experience with internal sites and contract manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and RCA efforts for CAPA effectiveness.
• Ensure robust, fit-for-purpose technical processes across NA sites and CMOs.
• Oversee product transfers, NPIs, validation activities, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with QA, Commercial, R&D and central Technical teams to meet business needs.
