Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, seeks a Process Technology Manager to lead complex technical activities across internal sites and CMOs, driving BCT improvement, product transfers, and NPIs in a hybrid setup across multiple US locations including Guayama, PR. You will collaborate with QA, R&D, and central Technical teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include leading CAPA, validation, and lifecycle management while shaping standard work and PLM across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing/Cosmetic/Technical environments.
• Experience in internal sites and CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Operations).
• Experience in complex troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA.
• Experience in scale-up, tech transfers and process validation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA effectiveness.
• Support North America BCT program, product transfers, NPI, registration and launch.
• Oversee technical activities for CMOs within the Supplier Relationship Team (SRT).
• Assess and continuously improve products/processes at CMOs.
• Oversee validation activities impacting Haleon products.
• Troubleshoot and implement CAPA for technical issues.
• Provide product transfer and NPI technical oversight.
• Contribute to standard work and PLM/PM across sites and CMOs.
• Engage matrix organization to drive performance and pull in wider resources.
• Support governance to track site performance vs plan and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop technical talent within sites and CMOs.
• Represent technical function in Site and SRT leadership meetings.
• Work independently to prioritize projects and activities.
