Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing and/or process development.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers.
• Proven ability to drive change in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dispersants & Viscosity Modifiers Process Technology team.
• Develop METPlus and METPrime pipelines with R&D and external partners.
• Develop MET dashboards and KPIs to quantify process performance.
• Lead scale-up activities and pilot process improvements.
• Foster Lean and Six Sigma to drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead hiring and development of engineering talent.
• Provide Manufacturing Plant and Regional PT leadership.
