Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Drive change by implementing improvements in people, processes, and technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Highly self-motivated with success in managing multiple projects.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and global teams to understand growth priorities and translate them into actionable process technology strategies.
• Collaborate with innovation and pilot teams to validate and implement process technologies that deliver efficiency and performance improvements.
• Establish and enforce global technology standards for consistency across regions.
• Lead manufacturing trials to confirm process performance and localization of production.
• Direct global initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage critical projects and deliver updates to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across Commercial, Technical, R&D, Supply Chain, and other teams.
