Responsibilities

• Lead and support scale‑up experiments, pilot trials, and manufacturing authorization activities.

• Drive process safety, capability, productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Partner with commercial and technical teams to align process strategies with growth.

• Lead and support new product scale‑ups through structured experimentation, pilot trials, and manufacturing authorization activities to enable safe and reliable commercialization.
• Identify, benchmark, and deploy Most Effective Technologies (MET) that strengthen manufacturing capability, asset productivity, and operational excellence.
• Apply data‑driven approaches (e.g., DOE, statistical analysis) to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve process safety, capability, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Partner with commercial and technical teams to align process technology strategies with business growth objectives.
• Lead projects and present project status updates, clearly communicate goals, progress, and results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in chemical, specialty materials, or polymer manufacturing environments.
