Our Sunday Visitor, Inc. in Huntington, IN seeks a Process Specialist to monitor quality and performance, analyze trends, and drive process improvements across customer-facing and order-related workflows.

You will prepare accurate reports, support system updates, and collaborate with leaders to ensure service quality and efficiency. The role is hybrid with three days per week in the Huntington office, requiring strong data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork to sustain

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and reporting platforms is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor quality, service, and process performance using scorecards and reports.
• Prepare reports that summarize quality trends, metrics, and order data.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, root causes, and performance gaps.
• Review order processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and support process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate system updates with IT and test new functionality.
• Maintain documentation and support transparency and accountability.
