Qualifications

• Must graduate Fall 2027 to Spring 2029 from an accredited program.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in the specified engineering fields.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment.
• Reliable transportation to Arden Hills, MN.

Responsibilities

• Connect R&D to Manufacturing through robust processes, technologies, and systems.
• Develop new manufacturing processes and test systems for high-volume production.
• Work hands-on with equipment to design, build, test, troubleshoot, and improve fixtures.
• Apply problem solving and data analysis to evaluate process performance.
• Support process development activities including laser processing, bonding, testing, molding, and validation.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities to life.
• Ensure conformance with global PD procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain Manufacturing Instructions and process implementation throughout Product Development.
