You will help develop world-class processes, technologies, and medical devices while delivering data-driven engineering solutions across Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Diagnostics, Endoscopy, and Urology.

Ideal candidates are engineering students who enjoy hands-on problem solving, fixture design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must graduate Fall 2027 to Spring 2029
• Currently pursuing Mechanical, Biomedical, or Material Science/Engineering
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment

Responsibilities

• Connect R&D to Manufacturing through robust processes and systems
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and test systems
• Work hands-on with equipment to design, build, test, and improve fixtures and tooling
• Apply data analysis and statistical methods to evaluate process performance
• Support process development including laser processing, bonding, molding and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities
• Ensure conformance with global PD procedures and quality requirements
• Maintain and update Manufacturing Instructions and process docs
