Johnson Matthey is seeking a Production Process Control Engineer to join our Smithfield, PA site. You will set up and optimize catalysts coating processes, troubleshoot operations, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing or process engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Able to train and collaborate within shift-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor and troubleshoot PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during shifts.
- Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure products meet customer and quality specifications through process control.
- Collect and report operational, safety and process data; support new technologies training.
