Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis.
• 2+ years of production and/or catalyst manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of batch process experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Comply with environmental & health and safety regulations.
• Optimize process parameters to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
• Interact with teams to solve process/equipment problems.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and procedures.
• Collect and report process control data and maintenance requests.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives like Kaizen or 5S.
