Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mortgage lending operations.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to submit complete mortgage applications and coordinate with underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Application Submission: submit clear, complete mortgage applications to underwriting.
• Loan Closing: clear conditions and coordinate closing with title and funding.
• Client Communications: proactively update clients, including after-hours communication.
• Pipeline Management: manage a mortgage banker's pipeline and coordinate with internal teams.
• Back-up mortgage banker duties when needed, provide guidance to junior staff.
