Job summary

MicroVentures is seeking a client service-focused professional to provide exceptional support to accredited investors via email, chat and phone. The role educates clients on private equity investing nuances while maintaining a consultative, problem-solving approach.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in financial services, holds or will obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/66, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid work setup in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/66 (may be obtained after employment)
• 3–5 years in Client Service / Financial Services / Brokerage with proactive, consultative client interactions
• Ability to ask probing questions to clearly understand client needs and provide tailored guidance
• Collaborative, relationship-focused work style with a track record in team settings
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously and adapt to changing conditions

Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations by delivering exceptional client experiences through email, chat and phone
• Educate clients on nuances of investing in private equity markets
• Be consultative and uncover root causes to resolve issues efficiently
• Build strong client and internal relationships within a team environment
