Job summary

MicroVentures is seeking an Investor Support Specialist to deliver exceptional client service across chat, email, and phone channels. You will educate clients on the investment process, answer questions, and help guide investments from start to finish within a collaborative team environment.

Phase-based training leads to licensing (FINRA Series 7 & 63). The role emphasizes relationship building with high-net-worth clients and ongoing coaching to enhance interactions and processes.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in financial services or investment client support is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the investment process and answer questions during the lifetime of the investment.
• Resolve current client issues and identify opportunities to enhance future interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve MicroVentures' systems and processes.
• Support clients through chat, email, and inbound phone calls.
