Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks a Privacy, Technology, and IP Attorney to join a dynamic team focusing on IP and technology transactional law, privacy, AI governance, and data governance. The position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Applicants should have a California JD and CA bar admission, 5–15 years IP litigation experience, and strong writing and advocacy skills. Exposure to advertising, art, fashion, and internet law is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 5–15 years IP litigation experience.
• Federal/State court litigation with motion skills.
• Experience with privacy, AI, and data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload in IP, data privacy, technology, and AI governance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Prosecute and defend copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and libel cases.
• Advise on data privacy compliance, AI governance, and data governance matters.
• Prepare privacy notices, policies, and third-party risk management.
• Advise on transactional matters including purchase/sale and licensing agreements.
• Provide status reports to clients.
