Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing in the respective state.
• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years of incident response work.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in breach response services, including crisis management.
• Advise clients on regulatory and data risk issues.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.
