Mixam, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Customer Service Print Specialist to be the frontline contact for customers, assisting with print orders, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of print production, and the ability to collaborate with team members; it offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary, and strong benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the print or publishing industry.
• Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of pre-press and print production processes.
• Understanding of different printing techniques and materials.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• With the recent launch of our Spanish website, fluency in Spanish is a big advantage!

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding pre-press and print processes, order status, and product details.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and providing additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with other pod members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate more complex problems to Senior Customer Service Team Members or the Team Leader when necessary.
• Participate in pod meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge, and improve processes.
