You will lead UI work in React/TypeScript and shape AI tooling interfaces for safe AI-assisted development. Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, building, and operating production-scale web platforms.
• Advanced mastery of modern TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and server runtimes (Node.js/Bun).
• Hands-on with real-time data models, WebSockets, and CRDTs/OT, with strong consistency under load.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, scalability, and uptime of our real-time collaboration server, Postgres-backed persistence layer, background jobs, and APIs.
• Design, harden, and evolve multi-user editing built on CRDTs (Yjs). Ensure reliable sync, reconnection, conflict handling, undo/redo, and save durability.
