Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area with 5 years of software engineering experience OR 7 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading full software development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering efforts delivering scalable infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.
• Build and deploy scalable, production AI solutions to automate complex workflows.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML-enhanced applications for millions of users.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding architectural decisions and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, measure success, and ensure quality and business outcomes.
• Foster continuous improvement of processes, tools, and product performance.
