Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree.
• +7 years of professional experience in Construction Management and Scheduling.
• Experience using Primavera P6; Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Experience in Baseline and Update Reviews.
• Explain two projects that demonstrate your Baseline and update review experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Conduct baseline and schedule update reviews; prepare schedule performance reports.
• Analyze schedule and cost variances through critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Maintain resource and engineering coding structures; monitor project status and resource updates.
• Develop scheduling standards and guidelines; provide technical guidance to project controls staff; support Primavera tooling and reporting.
