Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural/engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in construction management and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6; MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for major projects.
• Conduct baseline and schedule update reviews; produce monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Analyze schedule/cost variances via critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Maintain coding structures; monitor status and resource updates; document controls procedures.
• Develop scheduling standards and guidance; train project controls staff and support related reporting tools.
