Job summary

Greater Boston Addiction Center in Needham, MA is seeking a Primary Therapist to join its clinical team. This full-time role supports individual and group therapy across outpatient, PHP, and IOP levels of care, with one remote workday per week in a collaborative environment.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, be license-eligible (LADC/LMHC/LCSW/LICSW track), and possess strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure not required; license-eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in outpatient, PHP, or IOP settings.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and families.
